GeekSpeak – is there life after Google?

This week we will discuss the upcoming changes in the structure and culture of the internet.  The internet is only about 35 years old and it is not as solid as you might think.  The geeks who built the net began to feel about 20 years ago that it was taking a wrong turn. The internet we have now is controlled by just two companies.  That was not the original dream.

Changes are coming though, and the internet may be a free place again, an internet ‘of the people, by the people, for the people’. How will this work out?  Will we really see the end of Google?

What changes do you hope for?  Are there any changes that you are afraid of?  What will the internet be like in 10 years?  Come to GeekSpeak to find out.

IM Vulcan Viper if you have any suggestions for future subjects.

Two Clubs, All Adult, Best Looking Avis in SL - Seersha Heart

Looking for Mr./Ms. Right?  Interested in Mr./Ms. Right Now?  Want to make friends, chat, or be naughty.  Two of the most popular clubs to visit are Teqi’s Lounge and [the chamber].  Both are more than sex clubs. Each has it’s own way of facilitating an upscale experience to meet like minded individuals.  Neither club is all about sex. Whereas [the chamber] is discreet, Teqi’s Lounge makes no secret that there is plenty of naughty fun to be had within her walls.

There is no finer place that Second Life’s upscale stop, Teqi’s Lounge.  Teqi’s lounge is hands down the most beautiful adult club in SL. Romantic lighting, soft colors, nice furniture and chat areas there is nothing missing for first class comfort.  Teqi’s is a place that attracted the best looking avis with well-fitting and stylish mesh as far as the eye can see. There is a cost to join Teqi’s that is approximately $4US or 1000L.  Teqi has special days for non-members to visit and check out the club. Is it worth the Lindens? Absolutely, if you have the budget it is money well spent. The clubs that have membership fees tend to keep out the Newbies or the people who are not serious about socializing politely.  Translation: griefers stay away. This allows for the member to experience a great night of socializing while keeping the distractions some clubs face at bay. Last October, I had the opportunity to speak to Teqi about her club.

Seersha Heart: When did you open Teqi’s?  Did you have help?

Teqi: I started to build Teqis in 2008 and I continuously built it until 2012.  At that time, it looked totally different. There were funny items built into the club such as an elevator with dancing animation, funny music played, silly dances built in bar counter, peeking animation in restroom or foursome champagne dance with bubbles etc...
I didn’t look for visitors at that time, it was more just for my friends and for my fun. So usually there was just few friends with me daily.  I didn’t have clear image of what kind of style & design I wanted for the Lounge. I realized running a club is more complex I thought. SL society is a very complicated thing, more complicated than most of the people think.
I took my time to research many kinds of people’s behaviors in SL.  Such as, what things affects their behavior as well as how it effects their behavior.  And questions like what generates traffic or what kills it. Also, I had to learn English language for be able to express myself (still learning it).  I had to learn moderating too, including things like when I need to interrupt a conversation in the club, when I need to cut it, or stop it, when it’s the time to remove a person from the club, when and with what condition let them come back. What makes an avatar look too young, how to recognize the visual trick they might use for present too young age character and remove them from the club as fast as I can.

Of course, I had to learn how to deal with griefers, which is the best way to deal with them and which is making it worse. I needed a security system and had to learn what kind of security system would serve the best the Lounge needs.  Then there are all the technical issues such as how to deal with lag...Well, I spent 4 years on these things to learn and understand. Then in 2012 I was ready to rebuild/redesign the Lounge with the knowledge I learned.

I had friends who supported me by coming daily to have some fun, they always inspired me to install new things in the club, they had so much fun trying the new things I made for the lounge.  I had fun watching them use the new items I put in the lounge. Other friends supported my work financially and without these friends I couldn’t have built Teqi's. The composition of the Teqi's project was always my work only.

Seersha Heart:Are there any plans to expand Teqi’s or have additional locations?  [since it is SO popular]

Teqi: A place must be expanded if its popular?   No, I don’t think so, bumping into each other is a good start for chatting.  Should we make additional locations for a place? If somebody understands SL then would say no. Most of the people in SL alone and they are looking for company. In this case it is the place owner’s job to bring people together, not to make them be separated from each other at different locations.

Seersha Heart: Do you work with others on any possible changes/revisions to the club or is it all you?

Teqi: I’m quite alone with this project, I haven’t found anyone who could see SL and it’s potential through my eyes as I see it. I mean I never met anyone who could use the technical possibilities or interior design or / and interior composition for stimulate or influence or drive visitor’s behavior on the wished way.  Changes and revisions based on my decisions.

Seersha Heart: Do you know of any couples who met at Teqi and then partnered?

Teqi: Yes I know many, for example Rawage creator, but me too.  I found my partner at Teqis. I built Teqis for people be able to find partner easier by using special techniques that affects people behavior and helps expressing sensuality and helps dating, generates romantic moments that people never forget and beside boosts the future traffic strongly.

Seersha Heart: Thank you for the information Teqi.  You have a fantastic club.

Part of SL for many years, [the chamber] is a sex club that keeps secrets.  [the chamber] is located on a picturesque SIM owned by the elusive Max Butoh.  This SIM also contains a lovely formal club and an art gallery. The | dathúil | gallery of art features artists monthly.  The gallery itself is an eccectic warehouse design. It seems that each item on this SIM is carefully detailed for maximum visual pleasure.  The dance club is named ~ The Sable Club ~ and features a 1920s theme.

Elegant and subtle, you can expect to find a wide range of people at [the chamber] on any given day.  The members have one thing in common, impeccable attire and a sense of style. The group description is “A secret sex society themed-hangout in a vintage hotel room. Meet like-minded individuals for erotic chat, sexual encounters, roleplay or to just hang out.”  I learned of the club myself years ago when interviewing a featured artist at the | dathúil | gallery.  She insisted I would enjoy the club and she was correct.  [the chamber] is and remains a fantastic place to just hang out and on occasion have an erotic chat.
I have seen [the chamber] evolve through the years keeping faithfully to the vintage hotel theme while adding items that enhance the experience.  When I first joined [the chamber] most socializing was done inside in the lounge. Now the favorite spot is the deck in the rear of the building. There are private suites you may access from the main building for those times you want to spend some one on one [or perhaps more] private time.  There is an incredible spa on the top floor with a large beautiful pool and massage tables. There are other areas I will not mention here as I feel they are even more private for the members. My personal favor is directly off the deck. It is a vintage barber shop complete with some very interesting animations in the barber’s chair.

These clubs remain at the top of the popular higher end adult venues.  Many people, such as myself, are members of both clubs as they are different.  Each provides a quality adult experience with it’s own “flavor”. Teqi’s is closely managed, overtly sexual, with every toy imaginable right there for anyone to try and to see.  The décor and colors at Teqi’s are both soft and sexy. There is no doubt that those hanging out at Teqi’s are interested in the adult fun, voyeurism and hanging out. Periodically, Teqi’s has an open day where non-members may visit to check out the club.  [the chamber], however, is discreet in the adult fun. Where Teqi’s is a large open club with nooks, [the chamber] is vintage hotel with rooms and floors. The colors at [the chamber] are muted yet lush. The private areas of [the chamber] are varied in location and theme.  There are many things you will discover at [the chamber] if you look around at the club. The SIM is also a delightful experience to roam around. I recommend both clubs to those interested in the high end adult clubs.

Inspiration Island – Curei’s Floating Gallery - revisited - Lacy Muircastle reporting...

"CUREI'S FLOATING GALLERY," gently meanders high above the beautiful educational sim, "Inspiration Island."

A wondrous adventure for your eyes awaits visitors to the gallery.  It features the panoramic photo work of the photojournalist "Curei" (pronounced: CURE-ee-eye,) and special guest exhibitors from time to time.

Curei hopes that you will take time to enjoy the Central Plaza area, the model sailboats, the serene Meditation Alcove, as well as the magnificent one-of-a-kind spiral fountain.  Watch out for the strolling peacocks.   Curei said they have a great Jazz Corner, and to listen out for the relaxing music stream on the rest of the "floater."   Keep your eyes and soul open, who knows what else you might discover.

Curei would like to thank so many without whom this creation would not have been possible.  In particular, Pluto Fairey, who gifted the basic "floater" as a beginning, and it was most certainly a wonderful place to start.

The gallery has been up and running for about a year, and during that time, it has been chosen twice as a "Featured Event" and once as an "Editors' Choice," with more of that sort of thing on the way.   The gallery has introduced Wolfman Jack who will be performing on the grand performance plaza. He will be presenting the great dance tunes of the 1950s every Saturday from 3 to 5: PM (SL time).  What’s more, there is a super giveaway for all visitors.  On Sundays, from 5 to 6: PM (SL time), the gallery presents the great Latin American Spanish guitarist, Joaquin Gustav, live and direct from Buenos Aires.  Both shows do a bang-up finish with the largest fireworks display that you’ve ever seen in Second Life©

Below this little floating paradise, you will find an exceptionally interesting place  the main Inspiration Island. It is a place to learn and to discover.  You will find a special Transportation Globe in the landing area of the gallery that will take you there.

Curei's Floating Gallery is a place to renew one's soul.  A place for your relaxation and enjoyment.  This is a place to return to as often as you wish. Whether it's the panoramic visual arts or the varied performing arts, it’s a place not quite like anywhere else.  It’s friendly, sensitive and meaningful for all.  It is for you.

In the “botlight” with Ariadknee Resident

An introduction to Second Life's most popular bots - SmartBots - Ariadknee Resident reporting.

If you have a business on SL you would likely have come across SmartBots and their services. If you have visited a shop or sim and been automatically invited to a group, this is SmartBots in action!

A visit to the SmartBots office will give you a taste of the bots in action, you will be met by various bots who will welcome, show you around and explain how they work.  Make sure you read your local chat as they go about their business.

I was excited to have a chat with the founder and creator Glaznah Gassner to get some deeper insight into this innovative and ever expanding bot service on Second Life.  Meeting Glaznah it was clear he was very passionate about his creation and this came across in his enthusiasm and gratitude for his customers and staff.

Interview with Glaznah Gassner SmartBots Creator and Owner

Aria - What was your vision when you first developed SmartBots?

Glaznah - Second Life business owners should get reliable, easy controllable and affordable bots. That was the vision and the goal. There are also other business aspects like nice design and interfaces, 24/7 support etc.
At SmartBots we've tried to get rid of any complexity for the user, providing easy web interfaces. Create account, rez the inviter and start inviting people to the group - like that.
However, the overall reliability, easy management and the price are always the first things to take care of.

Aria -  What year was SmartBots created?

Glaznah - SmartBots was launched in 2009.

Aria - What do you think makes you stand out from the rest?

Glaznah - The grid-wide importance of the project we run makes me stand out through all these years. We have thousands of customers and thousands of bots online. We just can't give up since all these people rely on us. Also, there's always something interesting to create when you work in Second Life. Alive bots, tools for developers, various automation... it is very exciting to develop.

Aria - Did you start the business on your own, if not, who else was involved?

Glaznah - I did started the business on my own. Honestly, I did not think that SmartBots would become a huge SL company, running the bots seemed quite plain and straightforward. Now I have reliable people I work with, partners and helpers. It is not possible to manage all aspects of SmartBots alone.

Aria - What new developments can we expect in the future?

Glaznah - A lot is yet to come. We frequently monitor feedback, requests, needs of our customers (and SL residents as well) and constantly develop new automated solutions that are most importantly, user-friendly

Aria - Where do you suggest a first time customer should begin their journey with SmartBots?

Glaznah - Definitely at our in-world office, to check out what the bot is and how smart they can be. Our office is full of demonstration bots that visitors can interact with. Should they need help, our 24/7 Support Team is always ready.

I found Glaznah a pleasure to chat to and I look forward to further association with him and the team at SmartBots.

You can contact the SmartBots Support team who will be happy to answer any questions you might have.

Don't Sing it again, Sam - Jadey Dragon reporting

This week’s review starts out with a question. A question every lover of live music in SL needs to really ask themselves. Are we expecting too much? I took some time from my usual busy schedule to step into a world I had been avoiding for quite some time. One of those “open mic” nights where anyone and their furry can grab a stream, and let it rip. I dread going to these because let’s face it; we’re going to end up hearing a whole lot of sounds that resemble cats being murdered slowly and painfully. I wasn’t disappointed when the shrieking began. I was down to my last nerve when the woman holding the mic began to tell her story.

“My grandmother is dying. It’s a slow process and the only comfort she or I have found is in song, and so I sing. I sing for her, and for me, and I turned on my mic to sing for anyone else who just needs to know someone is there, and maybe my song will bring you back to a fond memory in time that you can focus on.”

Another singer, who was just as cringe worthy as the last, sat down one late night to tell me his story.
“ I am in a marriage that seems dead.. for 16 years I haven't had relations with my wife.. most of it is my fault, But It's weird sleeping on a sofa for so long..” he went on to tell the same story many of us know by heart. How SL is his escape, how he can be a rockstar and travel the world touring and meeting people from all over the globe.

A couple years ago Ashford University did a study on music and the brain. I could get into all the specifics of dopamine and how research has shown that listening to music is associated with upticks in immunity-boosting antibodies and cells that protect against bacteria and other invaders, but do you really need to hear all that?

The question I posed is “are we expecting too much?” Does the sound really matter once you hear the story behind it? Can you overlook the nails-down-a-chalkboard sound when you know that behind their screaming is someone’s dream coming true. Or someone else’s broken heart finding a mend in a melody.

For me the answer is … NO FRIGGIN WAY! I love the stories, I love the over sharing. I love hearing why you do what you do in SL. But I have to ask another question, why don’t you have any real friends? People who sit you down and gingerly tell you that the songs you sing may be classified as many things, but “singing” isn’t one of them. Sometimes I show up to these concerts and I look around for the hazard sign because I’m certain what you think is singing has to be a danger to someone’s health, some where!
Look, I’m all for finding your passion in SL. Take a cooking class, learn to paint by numbers, go on a hunt, pose naked with your friends in front of a taco truck. I don’t care what you do, but for the love of bacon, stop turning on your stream and slaughtering “Purple rain” I beg of you!

GeekSpeak – what if we had to restart civilisation?

Imagine being one of a hundred people suddenly stranded in a forest, maybe on a strange planet, while all the rest of humanity has disappeared along with all technology.

Would your small group be able to restart a civilization?  How long would it be before you could use electricity again?  How long before you had metal? Would a lot of knowledge just get lost over the generations before it could be used?

What would be the first technology you would reinvent?  Would you think of fire, clothes, houses, watermills, hunting skills?  What legal system, what stories, what songs would you preserve?  Would there be anything we have now that you would want to forget, anything you would never tell your descendants about?

Would the new history of humankind take a totally different route or would it all work out in the same way whatever you do?

Come and discuss how you would restart civilization.  Or maybe you think civilization is best forgotten?

IM Vulcan Viper if you have ideas for new subjects.

Bento Shapes Or Shapes For Bento Pandora Drezelan Reporting

I had always said that I would never mesh up my two alts that I created a few years ago however all of that changed when I was having a bored moment or is it a blond moment?

BJayy and Sindy were hardly ever logged on. They are only friended to me and each other. I guess they are my "me" time. As classic avatars I always made sure that they looked good with detailed skin and makeup. I hit the demos hard again and in the space of one day they went from being classics to Mesh with Maitreya bodies and LAQ heads like Pandora.

BJayy wore the Leia head and Sindy wore the Cherry head. I felt more than happy with the results. I logged them on one at a time every other day to tweak their looks and update their inventory. BJayy is a bit of a bimbo and is so easy to shop for. She wears a lot of pink or white as well as pastel colors. She never wears black. Sindy, on the other hand, has a very dominant look and is always wearing black so she is not so easy to shop for.

But people do get lucky, and I got lucky one day, when I had Sindy logged on and I decided to look in search for bento shapes which is something I don’t normally do.  I ended up at the LAQ commerce section of the LAQ Store where the LAQ compatible products are sold. It is a set up of stalls by creators such as Pink Fuel and Shiny Stuffs.

This was nothing new as I’d been to every level of the store before; except this time I came across something that I had missed amongst all of the other stalls. There was one that stood out from a bento shape creator by the name of WrenNoir Cerise.

For 399 Linden you get a folder with three shapes. Tall and slender as well as proportional and slightly curvy complete with style cards.  They are modifiable and copy. Each set of shapes has been specifically made for a certain LAQ head and there are demos available to try.
I went for the Cherry head shape demo straight away and tried it with Sindy. She looked great so I bought it. I then went on to buy shapes for Pandora and BJayy as well
.
Pandora wears the tall and slender shape for the Poppy head and I modified this shape. I kept my own head numbers and made the shoulders slightly bigger. The outcome was awesome.

Sindy wears the proportional shape for the Cherry head and I didn’t change her at all, she’s perfect just the way she is. BJayy wears the slightly curvy shape for the Leia head. I made BJayy’s nose and mouth a bit smaller but that’s it.

I haven’t bought shapes in a long time and these are the best shapes that I have seen lately in comparison to some scary ones that look nothing like their display photo.

This is going to be my ongoing learning experience as I have been experimenting with making shapes for personal use and trying different looks. Wren’s shapes are beautifully crafted and reasonably priced. Great for SL newbies and even SL oldies like me.

Wren’s Quote: "There is no such thing as a 'bento' shape. It is just a shape it’s the same as you would use with a classic avatar; however it has been fashioned for wearing with bento heads. This is because bento heads are "rigged" to the skeleton in their own way. So a shape is really made for a specific bento head rather than being a bento shape."

Very well said Wren and Thank you for all of your hard work.
None of the avatar photos have been altered they are as you see them. They’ve been given a soft glow and framed in GIMP both static poses and bento AO poses were used.

Jadey's Center Stage Reflections: Music Critic - Jadey Dragon reporting

Greetings from the great state of Florida! Allow me to introduce myself, I’m Jadey Dragon. The newest music/live singer critic for SLE. I use the word “critic” as opposed to reporter, because I want to be sure to clarify that within my reports you will get an honest opinion. That isn’t to say other reporters don’t give theirs, but let’s call a spade a spade, most reporters of live music, be it DJ or live singer, write fluff pieces. Using nothing more than excessive adjectives to cover up the bad experience they received. That won’t happen here folks. The report will be raw, descriptive, and hopefully encourage you to take the dive, and experience it all for yourself, if for no other reason than to prove me wrong. I triple dog dare you! Having said all that, let’s get to our first review.

C C  (Camme Carver)- Live, Acoustic guitar playing, singer.

I feel the need to immediately point out that this wasn’t a woman with a backtrack drowning out the sound of her own voice. Although she was rather low in volume, make no mistake she was playing her guitar live! She’d occasionally tune her guitar as she spoke to the crowd which of course is a dead give away. She was personable, and quick to thank her supporters every chance she got.  But those are minor details. I started my review by reaching out to her manager ‘Bad” and asking for a bio. Let’s be real, it was thrown together and offered very little insight into what I was about to experience. I tossed the notecard and the conversation aside and sat back to experience it all as nothing more than a concert-goer.
The first note arrived with force, and I was immediately reminded of the Great, legendary, Linda Perry from 4 non-blondes. So I was pleasantly surprised to find “What’s going on” in her song list and wasted no time requesting it. Yep, CC nailed it, despite the rumbles in the crowd of having a cold, she delivered the song beautifully. As she did with most of the songs she tackled.
There were a few songs that didn’t arrive to the same level as the first, but I think that might have been more an equipment issue, than a performance issue. You be the judge.
I would personally categorize her music as indie rock, but that’s more based on her voice than her song list. She claims to be able to reach the soulful depths of music like Fleetwood mac, to  Nelly Furtado, which is quite confusing when you’re attempting to put her in some type of genre. However, I think that’s part of her charm.
“CC is one of the most beautiful caring women I know in SL. He voice stands out to me because she is so down to earth, always has a smile and is genuine” Stated Anastasia Yanwu, a self proclaimed fan, and friend.
In fact, every single person I spoke with in the crowd was quick to tell me that not only is CC a great singer, but she is kind, humble, and down to earth. So the occasional notes she missed, and yes there were a few, made no difference to them, or me for that matter. You wanted to see her succeed as her personality erupted with every note, good or bad.
Stoney Nider, another fan and friend said to me “she has soul and emotion in her songs” and I couldn’t agree with him more. CC wasn’t just standing there collecting coin going from cover to cover without emotion, she made you feel every word. Her delivery felt personal, and story-telling rather than karaoke, which alone makes her stand out in SL.
So I conclude giving Camme Carver a strong 8 out of 10, losing points for volume and clarity of her equipment but gaining points on her performance and emotional connection with the crowd.
Rock on my sista, Rock on!!

GeekSpeak – what will happen in 2019?

Now that the new year has started let’s get our brains working again and think of some predictions for 2019.  This time next year, when we look back at 2019, what will we see?

Will there be big political shifts?  Will there be new countries starting?  Or old countries disappearing?  New alliances, new forms of government, new empires?  New wars, with new and horrible weapons?  Or will 2019 be a year of peace?

Will there be an economic collapse or will we enter a new golden age of technology?  Will there be scientific breakthroughs?  In fusion, or nanotech?  Or genetic engineering?  Or robotics? Will you ride in a self-driving car in 2019?  Or go into space?

Will we be able to meet this time next year to talk about it?  Will Second Life still be here?

What do you expect for the coming year?  What do you hope for and what do you fear?  Come to GeekSpeak to talk about it and bring your crystal ball.

IM Vulcan Viper if you have ideas for new subjects.

Two Heads are better than one - Pandora reporting

I never thought that I would find my original Pandora especially not in Mesh and now that there were two of me I knew I would be in for a lot of work. Neither avatar wore the same outfit or hair as I wanted them both to have their own look and style.
Pandora’s Poppy really nailed it. She had the cute sexy thing going for her and it suited her perfectly. The new Pandora, which I simply referred to as V1, took on a more sexy, classy approach. Considering that was how she looked in her classic days it seemed like the obvious way to go.
Something was missing with V1 as much as she looked like the old Pandora I couldn’t work out what the issue was. Then I realised she needed a different head because the Poppy one wasn’t  exactly right for her.
I went to LAQ to get more demos. The story of my life these days or should I say my Second Life. I teleported back home to check out all of the demos. Finally I settled on the Neve head luckily this one didn’t need any further tweaking. I went to LAQ again to buy the head and then home to complete my project.

V1 had now become Pandora’s Neve. It’s as though I have this alt stuck in my inventory that I bring to life every now and then. Alts may have different personalities depending on their creators but two versions of an avatar? That is a whole new situation and one that I hadn’t encountered before let alone thought of. I have two alts already so having a different version of me can get complicated at times.
Pandora’s Poppy earned the nickname of V2 just to make it easier even though she was the first Mesh avatar that I created. V1 had been there since the days of classic avatars and I still have one saved version of her tucked away.

I am enjoying my SL this time around however a word of advice to the newbies out there. Don’t go making half a dozen alts or several versions of yourself just because it seemed like a good idea at the time. Trust me you’ll go crazy … I have and there’s no going back.

GeekSpeak – will 2019 see the start of a race to the moon?

China has landed a lunar rover on the far side of the moon.  What will happen because of this?  How will other countries react?

When there are two massive bodies interacting in space there are five points where the gravitational forces balance out and it is easy to place satellites or space stations.  These are the Lagrange points. China has a satellite at the L2 point for Earth and the moon.  These Lagrange points are very important space real estate.  There may be a new race to claim the other four.

Will countries ditch the moon treaty?  Will China agree to allow access to their base and the L2 point?  Will we see multiple bases and multiple claims at the end of 2019?  Should we be worried about all this?  Should we be afraid of the power of China?

Fasten your seat belts, get ready for launch … !

IM Vulcan Viper if you have ideas for new subjects.

Finding Pandora - The Original Skin Pandora Drezlean reporting

Pandora’s Poppy became the new me. Changing over to Mesh had turned out to be quite a journey in the short amount of time that it took me to tweak my avi with the final touches.
Going fully Mesh wasn’t half the nightmare that I thought it would be when I got used to it releasing my creative side once more as I played with this new me, experimenting with different makeup and hair.
However there was no denying how much I missed my old face. I mean, I liked my new face, I created it but I just missed seeing the old Pandora.
LAQ has always been my go to place in SL when it came to skins and makeup they were my first choice. Their glow skins had always been so popular way back when and the first time I laid eyes on LAQ’s Lacie I knew I had to have that face.
I always visit the LAQ Store at least every two or three weeks for anything new or different. Then I found her. LAQ kept all of the older glow skins upstairs that now came in two parts. They were separated into head and body omega appliers. I had found my original Lacie.

One quick demo confirmed what I wanted to know and I teleported home to recreate my Pandora in Mesh.
With LAQ heads you can use either system or mesh eyes and so I chose to use the eyes that I used with Pandora’s old self. I wanted to keep something original about her.
Her skin isn’t as highly detailed as the newer skins. In fact she still looks a bit like a classic avatar and her makeup and eyebrows are already preset.

It’s fun to have two versions of me Pandora’s Poppy and Pandora’s Lacie. Poppy is like using a blank canvas where I can apply as little or as much makeup as I want to while Lacie has light makeup which I can simply add lipstick and eyeshadow to enhance her look.
Which avatar gets the most SL time? I think that they are pretty much on par with each other. Finding Pandora was like finding the missing piece of a puzzle for me. I had lived with that face for  almost nine years of my Second Life and I wasn’t ready to let her go.
The best part about all of this was … I didn’t have to.
