GeekSpeak subject for Saturday 9th July at noon SLT: Let the robots on the loose!
This month the space era will truly start with mass transport to space. We will probably send zillions of robots and millions of humans into space. But should we be sending humans at all? It is very expensive and very dangerous. Should space belong only to robots?
Or should we share space out between us? Will the moon be robot territory since it is not likely that humans can live there? And Mars could be for humans?
Or will we stay safe at home and let our machines explore the universe and have all the fun? Does that destroy the very reason for wanting to explore space?
Join us on Saturday at noon SLT at GeekSpeak and let’s discuss how to explore the universe. Bring all your space friends, and robots!

BDSM in SL: An Update- Triskelion Academy and Social Center- Ely Catronis Reporting…
Triskelion Academy and Social Center are created to offer advice and education to people in the Secondlife BDSM community. Classes and discussions are available for both Dominants and submissives; regardless if you are entirely new to BDSM or if you have been practicing for many years in real life or SL. We hope to give you the tools to develop your knowledge and understanding of the lifestyle in Second Life, allowing you and the people you play with to enjoy more meaningful scenes and relationships. In addition to education, the sim also aims to create a social community and hangout space for people to meet other like-minded individuals.
Over the past 19 years in SL, the lifestyle of BDSM has developed through a variety of styles and kinks to the current lifestyle and community we have today. In a nutshell, BDSM is about the Dominant and submission lifestyle. People believe that it is safer in SL than in RL and will go through a range of courses, talks, and negotiations to understand exactly what it is and what to do.
Search around and one can find a variety of centers and communities that represent different educational aspects and fetishes in this lifestyle. It has become common and many people think they know what it is. One place is Triskelion Academy and Social Center.
This is a community that began back in 2020 with the goal to educate and assist in the development and safety of those seeking to explore a BDSM lifestyle in Second-life through continuing educational classes, discussion groups, and mentoring. The academy has graduated 5 classes since it began and is moving and expanding the academy and social center to the Black Moon Acres BDSM Community beginning in the Later Summer/Fall Session which begins August 8. They are currently accepting registrations and tailor their academy to accept both sides of the slash (D/s), which offers a unique learning experience for participants.
The features of this Academy over the others is that although it does have classes and discussions, similar to other locations, Triskelion Academy offers courses that are continually researched and enhanced each session; including assignments for the students to reflect on with non-judgemental, reflective feedback offered, two textbooks for learning at their own pace within the semester, and mentors, and study help available in a non-role play setting.
When you arrive, you come to the landing zone filled with information to guide your journey. Taking the teleporter on the floor in front of you to the classroom as well as any of the other places for education or mentoring time, discussion, and meetings. Through the perspective of Adola, a graduate:
“I found the Triskelion Academy shortly after they opened up the sim and found so many lovely people there. But also it took me a long time to finally sign up, so I signed up for the 5th term at Triskelion Academy. 12 weeks of classes took the students on a journey through almost every aspect of the D/s and BDSM world. The classes are led by very experienced instructors that are totally open-minded and encourage students to find their own way of BDSM. Still, they are giving great advice but they emphasize finding your own style. “
Taking another walk-through (or teleporter) journey through the calming, nature-filled land will bring you to a variety of spaces for entertainment and activities in the community as well. They offer munches, game time, sub club at the pool, Dominant meetings, and dances so that people can get to know one another and share time with one another socially in a relaxed time outside the academy to get to know one another. “Something important is the relationships and friendships made while here” noted another graduate who became staff. The staff aims to make each experience an enjoyable experience and something that everyone will remember.
The sim is open to come through and explore, relax with their Dominant or submissive in the other areas as long as they are respectful of the community who reside there. There is a cave of various tunnels which includes a Lagoon and Hall of Wonders with equipment and other surprises to find, an underwater area, library, meditation area, and beautiful picturesque places to enjoy.

PINK DIAMOND: SECRETS OF THE ORIENT FOR THE DISCERNING SL RESIDENT- JOSH (THOMAS1 BELLIC) REPORTING
Any seasoned veteran of the SL Grid knows that some of the most fun and interesting sims are those that are patterned after RL Cities. Whether sightseeing from the Eifel Tower in Paris, racing a chariot in the Roman Hippodrome, or dining at an outdoor restaurant in Barcelona, these cities bring their unique RL flavor to Life on the Virtual Grid.
Not to be outdone, the newest entry in that collection of
great cities is Pink Diamond. Reminiscent of the RL city of
Busan, Korea, Pink Diamond combines the Asiatic charm of a thriving metropolis,
with a unique opportunity to explore and learn about other cultures and
lifestyles.
I recently caught up with Master TinJuu and his project
manager, AmiMoy, and they graciously consented to share information about this
newest destination with our SL Enquirer readers
Josh (Thomas1 Bellic) (JB): What an amazing build here. Tell me, what is the basic Theme of the Pink
Diamond?
Master TinJuu (TJ):
Pink Diamond is a blend of east meets west adult entertainment
themes. We try to be as realistic as
possible for all aspects of the sim and at the same time offer areas where you
can picnic or find musical entertainment in addition to the roleplay and BDSM
areas. You can also live or shop here but our main goal is to provide a
visual and hands-on location where you can find many activities. from bowling to our beach boardwalk, to concerts, and our red-light district.
AmiMoy Resident (Ami) AM: On top of those mentioned
above, Pink Diamond demonstrates the ambiance of a luxury resort city in an
Asian setting. This is similar to the Cancun-styled
Asian city, which is very similar to Busan Korea (and is also part of the
name). Other than the sex aspect of the
sim, the sim promotes SL concerts, live performances, Korean Pop, Japanese Pop,
Black Pink Band, EDM, techno, and Trance Music within the sim's club and
stadium venue. The sim welcomes new DJs
and bands to perform here.
JB: Is this place all about sex? Or will others find entertainment here as well?
TJ: Our three
primary objectives are to provide musical entertainment, adult play, and a
place to explore and share with your friends.
AM: In addition, there will be city celebrity roleplay
because of some of the cosplay bands such as Black Pink is a residents within
the sim. People can come in and meet
with your favorite celebrity and RP.
Rentals in the sim are offered for people who want to live in this
beautiful themed city that you cannot find anywhere else in SL.
JB:
In what way is the Pink Diamond different from the hundreds of other
Adult-rated sims out there?
TJ: We have a BDSM
club for members that are serious about the lifestyle and we will be providing
protection and education to the BDSM community for those interested in it. That being said you will also find hidden
places for adult play, and all of our "toys" are the best SL creators
have to offer.
JB: This
is a sizable place. Who is involved
in your management team here?
TJ: We have a
small staff now, primary amongst them are AmiMoy (our chief designer and
builder) and lenthing666, both of whom have spent months making our vision a 3D
reality. There have also been many others that have helped us along the way
that have made this possible.
We are hopeful that we will be hiring several managers
and support staff very soon. I am
looking to have staff on the land at all times to welcome and assist our
visitors.
JB: Tell me about some of the various districts in your city?
TJ: I can really
only speak about Freedom Bound, which is our BDSM group headquarters. I see this as a place where serious-minded
adults can gather and meet each other for fun and for learning. The FB building
has a lot of areas within that it alone takes a while to explore
As for all the other districts we have the BlackPink HQ
of course and surrounding commercial and residential buildings. But there is so much more than Ami has
incorporated into the sim that I do not even know many of the areas. And you will also find an underground cave
system that Ting built and is quite unique here.
AM: There are a few
main districts in the sim, which include the Boardwalk District, Beach District
(home for luxury beach houses), Downtown District (where most of the commercial
areas store fronts malls), Redlight District, Stadium District (which includes
night club, live performance stadium, the
Freedombound District (the sub/dom club) and night market for food and
booths).
JB:
And how about the future? What
are some of the improvements you have in mind for the weeks and months ahead?
TJ: At this point, our goal is to continue to "tweak" the glitches and build up our
music entertainment offerings. Now that
we have the sim ready for use we want to concentrate on sharing it with others.
AM: There are
expansions planned for freedom bound, and more entertainment such as arcades
and a bowling alley (playable) in the
downtown district area. In addition,
there will be more hidden areas to explore.
JB: I understand you will be hosting special events here? How can people find out about those things?
TJ: Well, we are
looking to hire an events coordinator to manage this but we are increasing our
advertising and will be using SL Events and the Classifieds, as well as group
notices.
AM: We will be
relying heavily on word of mouth, and encourage people to join groups that
advertise our events, and through social media as well. Additionally, we will be hiring outside DJs
to play at our events and help us share our venue with outside SLers.
JB:
I saw a sign that read “club named BlackPink” Cosplay band. What is that
all about?
TJ: We have the #1
Kpop BlackPink fan band in SL and they are headquartered here. We are also
looking to host other bands and DJs, and even Live Singers here this summer.
AM: Black Pink
Band is actually a Real-life band that runs on the top charts in America's top
40s. There is a cosplay Black Pink Band
living in Pink Diamond promoting Kpop (Korean pop culture) and the music you
hear here.
JB:
I understand you can host Live performances here. Are these just for your concerts? Or is the space available for use by others?
TJ: We have our
own designated areas but anyone is able to schedule and hold an event here for
free, whether that be a concert or a wedding/
AM: Yes, the venue
can be used by others. Please feel free
to Contact “Ami” if anyone who wishes to host an event here. I will be handling all the events for
now.
JB: What sort of accommodations do you have for people who may want to live here?
TJ: We have a
variety of houses, apartments, and other living quarters available and these
should be ready for viewing on our soon-to-be-released website in the very
near future.
AM: From Luxury
Mansion to beach houses, apartments, and high-rise luxury apartments. We provide quite a variety of choices for
each and all kinds of living styles in SL.
We also have different prim options available for residents.
JB:
Is there anything else you would like to tell the SL Enquirer readers
about Pink Diamond?
TJ: We are not
here to be the best; we are not here to profit ... we are here to provide an
experience we feel everyone should explore and enjoy.
So, there you have it, folks. Getting tired of visiting the same clubs
night after night after night after night?
Ready to try something new and exciting? Then you simply HAVE to visit Pink
Diamond…for a truly unique experience

SPOTLIGHT ON Kinkiva BDSM Nightclub & Community- SLE Reporting…
From the Creator of DarkHeart Strip Club and Escort Lounge comes yet another adult entertainment venue for the grown and sexy. Introducing Kinkiva, a BDSM Nightclub & Community that features exclusive events and a dungeon to explore those kinks in a D/s Lifestyle. The SL Enquirer met up with Master Paimon again to learn more about this adult hotspot and what to expect. Leave shame at the door and come join us for an exclusive peek into Kinkiva.
Interview with Master Paimon (vizierpaimon)
SLE: You are one busy Master! Recently we met to talk about Darkheart Strip & Escort Club. You also have Kinkiva, a BDSM Nightclub, and community! Since our last interview, how has Darkheart been doing?
Master Paimon: Darkhearts is doing great, everyone is happy, were growing by the day, it's been a lot of fun!
SLE: Fun is the name of the game, if you aren’t having fun, then why do it right? Kinkiva has a lot of interesting features, including a dungeon! What type of events happens there?
Master Paimon: So we have DJs just like you would in any other nightclub, the difference is we also have fun things for you and your partner to enjoy, as well as BDSM-related events. In real life, there are things called a Munch. Basically, a local meet-up for people to meet new folks, and talk about BDSM and the D/s lifestyle. We have taken that same concept and brought it to Second Life. We have different munches that go on a few times a week, as well as other events like parties.
We do have an event on Thursdays called "The Market". It's a place for seeking dominants (both male and female) to meet and interact with seeking submissives (again, both male and female). We have a moderator for the event that helps drive the conversation around subjects concerning BDSM and D/s. It's a great way to connect with someone new, or just make friends.
SLE: That is great that you have it open to a lot and they have the ability to participate while not really having to be there all the time. So, is Kinkiva open to the public or is it private membership to participate? And if so is there any cost to become a member and gain certain privileges?
Master Paimon: Kinkiva is a free group, there's no cost to participate at all. All we want is to serve the BDSM community on Second Life and give them a fun, safe environment to interact with friends, learn about safety in BDSM, and connect with others.
For those unaware, they may say "safety in BDSM", but this is Second Life, not real life? Here's the thing. Headspaces can and do bring about interesting things in the human psyche. Sometimes, things in an interaction in SL, even outside of BDSM can trigger negative feelings or emotions, bring up trauma that's unresolved, and lots of other things.
How would you deal with that? How can you prevent that from happening so your partner doesn't feel like crap in the middle of an interaction? These are all things we talk about in our group discussions.
SLE: Nice that you take into account that there are people with true feelings on the other side of the avatar in front of you. What is the difference between Darkheart and Kinkiva?
Master Paimon: So, Darkhearts is a strip and escort club. I think we all can get that pretty easily. Kinkiva is a hub. A hub for the BDSM community on Second Life to connect, have a great time and learn about BDSM and the D/s Lifestyle in both the real world and digital worlds such as Second Life.
SLE: Do you have a calendar of events?
Master Paimon: We do! Our calendar of events is posted on boards inside the club, and within our group on Second Life called "Kinkiva Kinksters"
SLE: Everyone likes to be a little “kinky” at times, in public or private :) In order to manage all of these things, it takes a strong team of dedicated individuals. Can you share with our readers who are part of your team and what they do to ensure things run smoothly in the community?
Master Paimon: For absolute certain. I am blessed to have a strong team to work with and NOTHING would be possible without them. BabyBee is a cornerstone of both clubs, without her I would fall on my face. Bri, Euthy, Victoria, and Visha are amazing and they work in the day-to-day of everything from interviews, to training, to even help with odds and ends.
The Rogue DJ, DJ Henning, Techy, and Xeno are amazing DJs and without their time, talent and patience we wouldn't be able to rock the socks off of our clients, visitors, and friends at Both clubs.
SLE: Great to have a solid team behind you. Are you currently hiring for any positions in Kinkiva BDSM Club and Community? And if so, what positions are available and how does one apply?
Master Paimon: We are looking for Hosts and DJs for Kinkiva, you can apply by visiting us and filling out an application.
SLE: We will help get the word out. Aside from Kinkiva BDSM Club, the community has an assortment of things to do like the nude beach, lagoon, shops, and more, can you tell our readers more about the activities the community offers?
Master Paimon: So, in the basement of our club, there is an open public dungeon that's free to use. There are also mini-dungeons you can use down there for a more private setting. We have a nude beach that is clothing optional where you can relax or play volleyball with friends or swim. Our lagoon pool is where we do Pool parties and we have tons of spaces for you to hang out and spend time with your partners and friends.
Our shops are a great way to check out some of the latest in adult-based products, as well as fashion items, etc. We do offer rentals in the form of skyboxes, or beachfront stilt houses. We also have a bowling alley and arcade, as well as rollercoasters, rides, and other fun stuff!
SLE: You really do have a lot of things your customers and guests can do, that is nice. Do you host Escort / Sub auctions at Kinkiva? If so, when and how can Masters and Mistresses find out when they are?
Master Paimon: We don't specifically do escorts at Kinkiva, but more than a few of our Darkhearts Dolls have taken some clients to our dungeon, or one of our private dungeons. Our Market events are about as close to a "sub auction" as you'll find. We don't do the standard bidding thing, because as a principle, consent is EVERYTHING. We believe it should be more of a relationship-based thing between Dominant and submissive.
Trust is a cornerstone of a D/s relationship, if you haven't EARNED that trust and built that relationship, how will you have a healthy, successful relationship? That's why we don't do the Sub auction thing. If you're just looking for a hookup and rough sex, sure, go for it, as long as it's two consenting adults, have at it. But our community wants to help build strong bonds between others in the BDSM community.
SLE: I like the explanation you gave there, that is great to hear, and hope many will be more informed about D/s now a bit more. You also have rental properties in the Kinkiva Community, what do you currently have available for rent?
Master Paimon: We do! We have some gorgeous rental skyboxes and homes. Our good friend Justi from JBC Architecture & Design is in my opinion the BEST designer on Second Life. He has created for us some Stilt homes that sit right above the water, and that has an absolutely gorgeous look to them. The skyboxes he did for us are second to none. Absolutely beautiful layouts and furnishings. He really did an amazing job, so shoutout to Justi from JBC Architecture & Design!
SLE: A lot of the builds are indeed detailed and beautiful. You are a real-life web and App developer, currently working on a BDSM Mobil App releasing soon similar to Fetlife. Can you tell our readers more about that and what sets it apart from other BDSM Apps?
Master Paimon: So I've been on Fetlife for a long long time, and there was a lot of awesome stuff, but not all of it was awesome. It also had a very dated layout and no advanced features. I created a new BDSM social network and mobile app that will be open to the public soon. I have added some awesome new features to help people stay safe and eliminate issues with drama or creepers that you find in other spots. Stay Tuned!
SLE: OOOOO we love a good scoop and look forward to learning more about that new APP you are working on! Is there anything else you would like to share about Kinkiva BDSM Club and the community?
Master Paimon: It doesn't matter if you're an experienced Dominant/Submissive, New to BDSM, or just curious. Come check us out. We are open and welcoming to everyone, even if that just means you coming for our DJs.

FRANK’S ELITE CUTS – SLS CUTTING EDGE ROMANTIC ENTERTAINMENT: JOSH (THOMAS1 BELLIC) REPORTING
Soooooo..I was bouncing around my favorite dance venues and when I got to Frank’s Elite, I stopped. On the wall was a sign, advertising something called CUTS. Well…my investigative reporter instincts kick into overdrive, and I simply HAD to learn what this was. I managed to get some time on the calendars of a couple of gents who are arguably among the busiest guys on the Grid, William Zeta (WZ) and Patrick Pearson (PP) and they agreed to chat with me about this highly innovative program. Concert Under The Stars – “CUTS”
Josh (Thomass1 Bellic) JB: So tell me Patrick. As the Head organizer of CUTS, have you
managed projects of this caliber before?
Share with us some of your background here in SL?
Patrick Pearson (PP):
I've always loved music, and find myself always wanting to explore
musical traditions. Prior to my time
here at CUTS, I was a DJ and learned a lot about connecting with
audiences. The opportunity to be
involved with CUTS presented itself in 2015 to fill in as producer for our Euro
CUTS. After that Jay Jones, who was
running CUTS at the time, asked if I could fill in once a month. Sadly not
longer after that he passed way and the mantle fell to me to continue the
tradition. DJ Filo Tani also helped keep
CUTS alive when William took over.
JB: So then, what
is it that makes CUTS different from other dance events out there?
PP: The question
itself makes this somewhat incongruent from the concepts of what CUTS means, at
least to me as this is not a dance event but an opportunity to provide an experience
to enjoy concerts over several genres, touching the styles of romance, jazz,
pop or rock as a whole. Under the covers, with the help of the collective of
the band referred to as "The Usual Suspects" makes it sustainable and
memorable week after week. Not only is
the music different, the stage is different, the costumes are different, and
the experience is different. It's the
closest event in SL to being at a concert in RL.
JB: Where do you find your talent? And the Tribute bands? Where do THEY come from?
PP: The talent of the
band referred as The Usual Suspects, who are regulars that help provide a look
to the current weeks tribute band members, help to make it so enjoyable as a
team as add authenticity to the performers, and they truly have fun during the shows. As to the source
material, I have made it possible to obtain the well recorded concerts ensuring
the high-quality sound is maintained. These can be found online or via my own
private collection of CDs.
JB: Who was the
brainchild for CUTS and what were you hoping to accomplish?
William Zeta (WZ): The founder of Frank's, Nanceee Sinatra,
was the innovator that create CUTS (and many of Frank's offerings). She wanted to create a safe space free of
drama, to come and enjoy listening, dancing, and being in good company. She created something special, and we are
honored to continue her traditions and add our own little twists.
JB: Where did you get the inspiration for CUTS?
PP: As Frank’s Elite
(aka FEG Frank’s Entertainment Group) is under the guise of a romantic venue
over its main years, we try to lean toward a more romantic leaned set of
concerts. However, we also try to
diversify the style of music as well. Given the seasonal climates or some
special weekends like Memorial Day, Cinco de Mayo among others, we look to give
some Latino influences or some classic rock or some fun pop to reach a broader
audience while being true to our regular base to give the variety needed. It is particularly fun when we find a
concert or an artist that we can introduce to our members that they never
heard, but learn to love!
JB: And how have
the crowds been since you started the CUTS series. Are the Guests responding in the numbers you
had hoped?
WZ: Elite is a member-only venue, so it's not so much about
the number but about the quality we provide our members. With that said, we have between 40-90 avatars
attend. We have managed to keep the base
over the years and some shows by their nature are very popular and will a
greater audience. That being said,
overall it’s been quite good and sustainable even now, in spite of copy-cats
trying to duplicate what we do.
JB: How might someone learn of any special events coming up at any of your venues.
WZ: If you belong to
any of the Frank's groups (e.g., Franks Place Elite Club, Franks Jazz
***VIP***) you will get notices. Or you
can stop by Frank's Jazz or Frank's Elite and look at the board in front of the
clubs. It contains a lot of info about
upcoming concerts, DJs, live singers.
There is quite a lot going on.
JB: I understand
you also have a Loyalty Program? Tell me about that, please.
WZ: It's called
Frank's STARS. You earn STARS for the
time you spend and enjoy our venues. For
example if you spend two hours dancing the night away with us, you will earn 20
Frank’s STARS. You can redeem your STARS
for the goods and services we provide at Frank’s Entertainment Group, such as
Private Events and Parties, Chateau d’Elite Dinning, Weddings. You can also buy a day pass for Elite or a
night pass for CUTS. There are STAR
vendors around the club which have that and other merchandise you can get in
exchange for your points.
JB: And what of
the future? Any new developments on the horizon.
PP: We are always
looking for ways to improve CUTS from the music to the technology for putting
on shows. We're also looking at ways to
expand how DJs and Artists can reach an audience. Lastly, we have been working on visual
interactive experiences that immerse members in art and music, a completely
different way to experience SL.
JB: Is there anything else you would like to share with our readers?
WZ: Sure. Here are some upcoming shows:
July 1, Canada Day @ Frank's Elite
~ C.U.T.S. 12PM & 8PM: Nickelback Live in Rock in Rio
2013
July 1-4 Elite Beach Weekend @ Frank's Elite
~ 4th of July Celebration
July 3, Sunday 7-9pm @ Frank's Jazz
~ Etta James
July 17, Sunday @ Frank's Jazz
~ Fleetwood Mac Tribute
July 21, Thursday. Amazon Dancers @ Frank's Elite
~ Michael Jackson dance show, 5PM
July 31 Sunday @ Frank's Jazz
~Marilyn Monroe Tribute
Also stop by Bogart's for some Karaoke, and Sphynx Jazz
for close intimate performances.
Sooo...there you have it, Folks. Straight from the Man who Knows. See if you can “Make the CUTS” and join the team for a night of romance and dancing under the stars to the grid’s favorite tribute bands, every Friday at Frank’s Elite. Believe me. You’ll be glad you did. And so will your dance partner.
Be There! Aloha

GeekSpeak subject for Saturday July 2nd at noon SLT: Where do you see the world heading?
Are we facing nuclear war, the end of democracy, pandemics, a burning planet, extinction? Will we go down the drain and be forgotten? Or is there a new future ahead of us? Peace, cures for all diseases, space exploration?
Are we facing problems or opportunities? Or are we facing both, depending on what we do about them? What can we do to make the future a better place? Are you hopeful or fearful? Do you think that humanity will disappear? Or last forever?
Come to GeekSpeak at noon SLT on Saturday to talk about the next 10 or 50 or 500 years for humans. Bring a friend!
IM Vulcan Viper, who teaches a meditation class every Wednesday in the GeekSpeak auditorium, if you have ideas for new subjects.
