AVATAR REPERTORY THEATER is auditioning for the lead role of Alice for their production of Alice Through the Looking-Glass which opens in November.
We are looking for the following in a FEMALE VOICE:
Age range that sounds authentically 7 years old (probable age range of the actor - 18-30)
Good mic and sound card (we have sound engineers who can help you with that)
TIME COMMITTMENT
Casting by second week in August. 2 table reads in August on Sunday afternoons. Rehearsals starting September 5, need flexible times- available on weekends, and two slots during the week.
You will be directed by professional directors in the premiere theater troupe in the metaverse.
Voice acting experience not necessarily required but helpful. We need you to know how to move your avatar.
Interested parties are invited to submit an audition mp3 of specifically chosen "Alice" monologues. please inquire directly to Avatar Repertory Theater to receive a copy of the text for auditioning. Only those specific monologues are being requested at this time.
