Relay Goes the Fourth Multi-Team Event

Attention all teams, we know that with Fourth of July approaching, event planning may be hectic for you! To help you out, we have created Relay Goes the Fourt! With this event,you will have four awesome fundraising areas to choose from to have an event. The areas are all set up for you, all you will need is your team, your djs or live performers, vendors, and kiosks to start relaying!



LOCATION: Relay d'Alliez (SPECIAL THANKS TO THE RELAY ROCKERS!!)

INFORMATION:
Dates: July 3 and 4, 2014
Times: 8am to 10pm slt daily
Setup: Teams will sign up for one or more activity area and hold events in the area of their choice. Registration will be first come and first serve.

AVAILABLE AREAS:
Washington DC Live DJ Stage/Live Performers Area - This area will feature landmarks from Washington DC.

New York City Central Park & Statue of Liberty DJ Stage/Live Performers Area - This area will feature a New York City scene with a Statue of Libery

USS Enterprise Aircraft Carrier 7Seas/Bumper Boats/DJ Stage Area - This area will feature a sunken parcel with all parties above a WW2 Aircraft Carrier.

Mount Rushmore PaintBall & Picnic/DJ Stage Area-This area will feature a more rustic setting with Mount Rushmore.

Vendor Space: We will have limited areas for teams to place one or two vendors in each of the four areas. These will be strictly first come and first serve.

FUNDRAISING GUIDELINES:
All behavior, avatars, and items at the fundraiser have to be pg/general in nature and follow the Relay For Life of Second Life fundraising guidelines. CONFIRMATION:
You will be given a notecard in world that your registration was received and your event areas reserved. Please allow up to 24 hours for notecards to be given out.
