How Adventurous can you get in Second life?- Nene Dreadlow Reporting…

Looking for something adventurous to do in Second life? I spent the day exploring to give you some ideas.

Palma Winter Ice Rock Festival

If you love skiing and the snow go visit Palma, Winter ice rock festival. I took the sky rail up to the top to do some skiing. “What a view!” This sim is just lovely with all the snow everywhere and all the fun things you can do including, sledding, skating, free movies and much more.

The Grand Canyon
A Dream of mine has always been to go visit the Great Canyon. So what better way to do that then take a virtual trip here in Second Life if the real location is too far away or out of your budget. I first went and did the bungee jumping and then some hang gliding. Which by the way are two things I will never do in real life. If you are the outdoorsy type, this sim is great. It offers a lot of things to choose from such as zip lining, rock climbing, airplane rides and much more. If you’re looking for adventure this is the place to be.

Reykja Island

I’ve always wanted to sky dive but because I’m afraid of heights I’ve never tried it so I decided to go visit Reykja Island and finally did it. It was a fun experience. The sim is set up so you can find things to do easily. Not only is there sky diving but also rock climbing and balloon rides. I really enjoyed myself there and I think you will too.

Cannibal Island

How about going on a swan boat ride? That’s just what I did here. This island is just beautiful! Water and beach everywhere. They have sailing, surfing, under water activies, and even a volcano. If you love the beach this is the place to visit.

As you can see there are some great places to visit in Second Life that offer you the adventures that you can try without spending a lot of money or traveling too far. I think that in a way you can experience adventurous things here in Second life and the added bonus is there is no dangerous risks involved. There are lots of things to do, you just need an open mind and a sense of adventure!
