Celebrating 7 years of the SL Enquirer

The 4th October 2012 marked the 7th Anniversary of the SL Enquirer, making it one of the longest running publications is Second Life.

The reason for its continued success is Lanai Jarrico.  Granted the SLE is her baby, but she has doggedly persisted in ensuring that it continues through thick and thin.  Lanai as many of you already know is one of the world's and that is any world, special people.  She genuinely wants to impart news out into the grid for the betterment of all who read it.  Lanai is has a soft spot for imparting the various experiences, good or bad, of those who make up the community that is Second Life.

Lanai threw a party to end all parties in celebration of this amazing milestone and at the same time unveiled the new look of the SLE and the new home for the SLE media centre on the Irish Estates.  Keeping up with the current trend for clean lines and no fuss this is our new look.

I took a few snaps of those arriving on the red carpet and of the celebrations in general.

Wolfie kicked off the first hour of celebrations and as usual his performance was out standing.

Next on the line up of great talent was DJ Luci and she continued to keep the party humming.

Lanai gave a speech thanking all the loyal supporters of the SL Enquirer and the staff for making the SLE what it is today.

Taking client relations to a whole new level ...... Roe Woodford and Crazy Ibor - told you I would Roe ....

Thank you Lanai for all that you do and all that you are!  Here's to even greater success as we move into a new phase with the SL Enquirer.
