A live stage production featuring live actors brings the campy, cult-favorite musical The Rocky Horror Show to the Second Life Metaverse. Sponsored by The Purrl/Travel & Adventure, the production offers an immersive theatrical experience, with seating limited to 60 people per performance. Audience members will also have opportunities to join in and take part in the fun.
The story begins when a newly engaged couple, Brad Majors and Janet Weiss, are caught in a storm after their car breaks down. Seeking help, they stumble upon a mysterious castle—and into the strange, glamorous world of Dr. Frank-N-Furter, an eccentric scientist with an extraordinary experiment: the creation of Rocky, a living muscle man. Surrounded by the castle’s unforgettable inhabitants, Brad and Janet find their conventional world turned upside down in a musical adventure full of outrageous characters, unexpected twists, and the spirit of “The Time Warp.”
