Tango Salsera- An All Latin Music & Dance Venue September 23rd-September 24th

 

Club Tango Salsera was created by two friends who share a lifelong love of Latin Culture, especially Latin music and dance

The club sports a large ballroom dancing area with plenty of comfortable and elegant decor and includes two bar areas. An important aspect of our Mission Statement is to see our many SL communities enjoying the great Lain music we are fortunate to have here.

Featuring some of the best Latin singers and musicians on the grid,  during our Grand Opening weekend we are fortunate to have the inimitable force of nature, Gabriel da Silva opening the club with his set. Gab is the kind of artist who is always evolving and mastering a broad range of musical styles and genres.  Every set is flawless with Gab using his dynamic  personality to engage the audience in ways few entertainers can

Musical excellence doesn't stop there.  Agatha Knowles is a stunningly beautiful singer from Brazil.  Agatha's personality and style of performance are enchanting   Her voice is  richly layered, and she gives a memorable performance every time

We are also featuring a recently returned to SL singer from RL, Mr. Don Franco.  His voice is powerful and impressive, stirring an emotional response from his loyal audiences.

Merkabah Oh will also be performing for the Opening. He is an entertainer with a broad range from Rock to romantic Spanish boleros, with a voice and style that are both arresting and charming.

The great Master of the nylon string Spanish guitar, Voodoo Shilton,  plays mostly original compositions as well as covers the music of such legends as Paco de Lucia...and others.

Tango Salsera strives to be a bilingual venue and most of our hosts and all our artists reflect that goal.

The club also presents some of the most popular Latin DJs in SL.  We are over the moon to have them with us.

The SL Playboy Mansion is proud and excited to announce a Special Edition of the Midnight Mansion DJ Contest on Friday April 29th from 10 PM to 12 AM!

  Amazing DJs Johnathan Heiss and Sharcrista Quan will be dueling in a hot and steamy Latin vs. Salsa showdown.  Also, in conjunction with the American Cancer Society's Relay For Life effort, the Mansion will be making a donation to The American Cancer Society. All donations made to the pink Bunny head donation boxes will also go to benefit the ACS.  So please put on your hottest Latin or Salsa dancing outfits and come hear some great music while contributing to a wonderful cause.  We can't wait to see you there!
