Second Life Musicians Unite for “Supporting June’s Fresh Start” Benefit Concert

 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Six-hour event on September 29 will support June Stormcrow and broadcast live on IndieSpectrum Radio

SECOND LIFE, September 26, 2026 — Friends and fellow musicians are coming together for a benefit concert for June Stormcrow on Tuesday, September 29, from 4 to 10 p.m. SLT. Hosted by United Rhythms, the event will feature live performances by Samuel James, Grace Loudon, Rosemary Teal, June Stormcrow, Strum Diesel, and Donn DeVore.

A longtime member of Second Life’s live music community, June is leaving an abusive relationship and needs help with the costs of moving and getting settled near her daughter. The concert is a chance for the community to show its support and help June take that next step.

Guests are invited to attend and contribute if they can. The event will also be broadcast live on IndieSpectrum Radio for listeners who cannot attend in Second Life.

United Rhythms Celebrates 6 Months of Growth!

United Rhythms opened its digital doors in January 2026 and has quickly become a favorite spot for musicians to play and fans to gather.  Beginning in August, we will have 50 hours a month of shows scheduled. With over 9 amazing stages and over 100 hours a week, we

don't have shows; we encourage musicians and DJs to utilize our stages for band practice, impromptu shows, busking, or random fun. You really never know what's going to happen here!

In August we plan to celebrate our 6 months of music with a bang! We have been honored to welcome AMFORTE, Anderson Parkes, Ericana, Erika Ordinary, Friar Fox, Jase Branner, Mimi Carpenter, Oblee, Prim Shady, Rosemary Teal, Roulette Brown, Sassy Nitely, Selene Skyfall, Spence Wilder, Veo Voom, and xJXO to the stage! We are excited to welcome Icecremn Merlin, Justine Johndory, JustinElias Anatra, LB Celt, Raspbury Rearwin, Samuel James, and Ugly Bill to United Rhythms extended lineup!

We are having two amazing events beginning August 2nd with Mimi Carpenter's celebration of 20 years performing in Second Life! On August 8th, we’ll be having the grand opening of our newest venue, Crescendo and The Pleasure Principle Cabaret! All proceeds from this show will

go to the MELD, an annual immersive kink convention where performance, power exchange, fashion, discussion, and shopping intersect. We are ending the month with two weeks of Yacht Rock fun!

We are also happy to announce the opening of our tiny home village, The Rest Stop Musicians Outpost. If you're like me and you love being near the music, then this quaint and quirky little spot is for you!
