Sea's Roadhouse has brought FAMILY FRIENDLY back to the grid!

Sea's Roadhouse is back in business providing an all ages, mature atmosphere for fellow residents of Second Life to enjoy!  We don't allow nudity or explicit content, as we wanted to give residents a place to come and relax, listen to music(even live performers!), play games, and more!  Check out our wonderfully scenic 1/4 sim complete with cuddle and hangout areas, board games, bowling, darts, arcade games, billiards, and more!

DJ Sea started back in 2006, and has held many jobs, with DJ and live performance preference.  He's owned several clubs over the years, and always hand-picked the best, drama-free, mature staff.  Recently back from an extended vacation, Sea decided to bring his closest friends together to fire up Sea's Roadhouse once again.

We are owned by a group of people, so no single person makes all of the decisions.  This eliminates undue stress and promotes more transparency within our staff; we do our very best to keep our staff and VIPs content with our unique atmosphere.

We have some unique builds that very few people have copies of, like our Roadhouse building(customized for our venue), realistic stage lighting, and ridable chopper bar.
Visit our Roadhouse and see for yourself; there's nothing quite like Sea's Roadhouse on the grid!

The contest runs through the month. To enter, join the Daddy-O's group (its free and we do not send out a bunch of annoying notices). Pay Mark Ussy at 10L entry fee. This entitles you to bowl unlimited games in that month's contest. YOU MUST JOIN THE GROUP AND PAY THE ENTRY fee to receive any prizes.

Bowl on the RIGHT HAND lane - the one with green gutters. The lane is set on a hard shot so if you have a score lower than normal in SL do not get discouraged. You are competing against the scores on the board so keep trying until you get up in that top three!
Scores are tracked on the board in the alley.

 Top three scores at month's end will prize as follows - 1st Place: 500 L, 2nd Place: 250 L,  3rd Place: 125 L

A 300 game pays a 50L bonus. A second 300 in the month receives the 50L plus another prize. Contact Mark Ussy to get your prizes.

So put your bowling shirts on and come give this contest your best shot!

Looking for something to do with friends? Visit Strikes Bowling and Game Land

Strikes Bowling and Game Land has been open 6 weeks and is already a top ten destination for those who like to bowl and play games in SL.  Gino Morlim has done a great job building a fun place to go have fun with friends.  Strikes Bowling Lanes is like a bowling alley in RL but is in SL where you can get a better score than in RL.  Featuring a Bowling League on Mondays at 5 PM SLT and now forming a 10 AM League too on Mondays.  He has the lanes set up for the highest score possible where the speed of your ball does not effect how or where you hit the pins.  Anyone interested in joining a bowling league team contact Gino Morlim and let him know.

Postcard from Philadelphia: Back From My Vacation!- Lanai Jarrico Reporting…

I am finally back from a two week vacation from Second Life and finally all caught up with emails . I didn’t skip town or fly off to some other country or some fancy trip away,  I stayed in Pa and was host to family that flew in from the Caribbean and Hawaii.
With a houseful of 9, plus more family that came to visit the visitors, Numbers reached to a good 14 at times!  My days were jam packed with school, finals, food, late nights, food, outings, food, a zoo trip, food, bowling and more food! I was, to say the least, very busy!  With an extra few pounds added to my scale and a totally embarrassing bowling score…I am officially back in Second Life.

Before I share what transpired in the last couple weeks, I would like to give Lacy Muircastle a big shout out for stepping into my heels and handling SLE operations while I was gone. Thank you!  If you all didn’t notice anything different, my sneaking away for a couple weeks went unnoticed…perfect.

SPORTS & LEISURE: Sneaking Stacey Down The Alley- Stacey Cardalines Reporting...

Stacey prepares to assault the gutter.
Bowling and I have a funny history IRL.

They didn't have bowling in the part of France that I grew up in, and guys in my high school figured out how I was about things fairly quickly... so I never had to bowl then, either.

Then I started dating the man that I would marry. We'd alternate date planning, so I would get one weekend, and he would plan the next one.

So, our first dates went like this... carnival (him), fancy North End Italian restaurant (me), Batman movie(him), Miss Saigon(me), Alice In Chains concert (him), wine tasting (me)... and then, Bowling.
