Emerald Crystal Golf Course Presents The Pair of Hearts Tournament February 7th - 21st 2014
Second life Golfers, We are having a Valentines Season tournament at Emerald Crystal Golf Course and would love for you to join us!
Emerald Crystal Golf Course has designed this
tournament for couples, but if you have a friend, buddy, enemy or whatever, any
two people can be a team.
The entry fee is L500 per team. We will be
paying cash prizes to the top three teams.
L2500 for first place
L1500 for second
L1000 for third.
How to Enter
You can enter by
messaging and paying the 500L entry fee to LittleOneSusan Teardrop, Rafe Holder or
Cloe Holder(cloe.neiro).
How this tournament works:
You will report your
combined score for 18 holes. We would ask that you submit your scores on a note
card as this will make it easy for us to compile the results. You will need to
own the scorecard which is available at the course (near the first and tenth
tees).
All rounds in the
competition are to be played starting on February 7 and ending on February
21. Your scores can be reported to any of the three people listed above.
There is no
requirement that you play your competition round with another team but we
encourage you to do so if possible. We would like the tournament to be an
opportunity for you to meet new people but we certainly understand the
difficulties of scheduling.

Investigative Report on the ONDUTY Penis Part 2- Conducted by Lanai Jarrico and Hal Jordan
The SL Enquirer has been working closely with The Green
Lanterns of Second Life in an effort to keep the Second Life community informed
about griefers that can affect resident’s virtual experience in a negative way.
The Green Lanterns is an organization of dedicated volunteers who have made it
their mission to help protect the SL community since 2006.
SLE was contacted by The Green Lantern’s Head
of operations, Hal Jordon (greenlanternexcelsior). He had
concerns about a product called ON DUTY Penis and wanted to make the SL community
aware of this griefer tool as well as an open letter from “Anonymous” that was posted last week asking for
our help.

SL Singer/Songwriter/Musician James Carden will be Paying Tribute to the late Dan Fogelberg on February 8th at 7pm SLT - The B&Q Dance Club Event Stage.
Join James as he will perform on Guitar and Keyboards featuring Familiar Hits and select album cuts spanning the career of one of America's top Singer/Songwriters.
"Dan Fogelberg may be the biggest reason I became interested in music. Most people didn't realize that he wrote nearly all of his songs and played most of the instruments on his recordings" said Carden.
The B&Q Dance Club has been a favorite of SL music listeners for years and their new event stage will host this Dan Fogelberg tribute along with future tribute shows.

SL Playboy Bunny Steps Out In Style Wearing Fashion by Seldom Blue
Playboy Playmate Silky Soulstar was recently spotted wearing
this hot little number at a recent pre Valentine’s Day warm-up in Old New York.
“It’s the Sylvia from Seldom Blue,” said the starlet who is
becoming quite as well known now for her sense of style as much as for her

Clubs in Second Life © (SL) are the main platform for
avatars’ entertainment. Over the years, unique categories of clubs have
evolved, and Jazz Clubs in particular have taken off in a direction that might
not be obvious to the uninitiated.
Jazz, as a genre of music, might be
dismissed as esoteric and difficult, and some avatars might shun Jazz Clubs for
that reason. To those that might want to explore Jazz Clubs as a vehicle for
socializing, it may be intimidating to end up somewhere full of dancing couples
and virtually nonexistent local chat interaction. Stareyes Galaxy dressed up to
the tees and went to some clubs to see what the phenomenon really is about.

“Hi, my name is
(Anonymous) and I run my own clinic on my husband’s land. Way before I met my husband
and I was still getting to know how to do things in Second Life,
I wouldn’t say I was a newbie but I was still learning about the
community,. a guy asked me for a dance which I had no problem with until he
asked me if I ever look at my hip when I dance with someone. It was an odd
questions and I said no.

maybe I should look. I immediately stopped dancing with him. When I did, to my
shock and horror, I got a message saying Congratulations I would be having a
baby in 9 days! Then it sent me a message instructing where I needed to go to
have the baby. Apparently his ONDUTY penis HUD went right through my jeans. I was
angry and I asked him what the hell did he do to me and he laughed and walked
away as if what he did was nothing and I was nobody."

Products that can Help you Clean Up a Sloppy Inventory- Piers Diesel Reporting...
I am sure you have heard the conversation in
Second Life about unorganized inventories. whether it is the amount of items someone
has or they are unable to find what they are looking for due to mysterious lost
inventory.
There are products out there that can help fix sloppy inventories to
make it easier to find what you are looking for. As far as lost inventory due
to Second life glitches, clearing your cache might do the trick.
In
Second Life, creators have heard about inventory issues and have come up with solutions they hope to help you locate your items much more efficiently. There
are several products on the market. Here are the ones I have found to get you
started.
DADDY-O's MONTHLY BOWLING CONTEST
The contest runs through the month. To enter, join the
Daddy-O's group (its free and we do not send out a bunch of annoying notices).
Pay Mark Ussy at 10L entry fee. This entitles you to bowl unlimited games in
that month's contest. YOU MUST JOIN THE GROUP AND PAY THE ENTRY fee to receive
any prizes.
Bowl on the RIGHT HAND lane - the one with green gutters.
The lane is set on a hard shot so if you have a score lower than normal in SL
do not get discouraged. You are competing against the scores on the board so
keep trying until you get up in that top three!
Scores are tracked on the board in the alley.
Top three
scores at month's end will prize as follows - 1st Place: 500 L, 2nd Place: 250
L, 3rd Place: 125 L
A 300 game pays a 50L bonus. A second 300 in the month receives
